Welcome to Kindly Stubborn π
Kindly Stubborn was born from a simple idea: you can be gentle with yourself and still be determined to keep going.
Life doesnβt always go according to plan. Some days we have the energy to tackle everything on our list, and other days simply getting through the day is an accomplishment. I wanted to create a space that recognizes both.
Iβm Melissaβa wife, mom, and the person behind Kindly Stubborn. My own journey with chronic illness has taught me that productivity, strength, and progress donβt always look the way we think they should.
Iβve had to learn how to listen to my body, adjust my expectations, celebrate the small wins, and give myself grace on the harder days. And Iβm still learning.
That experience inspired me to create Kindly Stubborn.
This little corner of the internet is about creating thoughtful tools and reminders for real lifeβthe messy days, the good days, the low-energy days, and all the days in between.
You don't have to do everything to be making progress.
You don't have to push yourself past your limits to be strong.
And you certainly don't have to have it all figured out.
Sometimes strength looks like pushing forward.
Sometimes it looks like resting.
Both count. π
Be gentle with yourself. Be stubborn about living. π
